Position 1: Fundraising Coordinator
Location: Online
Period: Minimum 6 months or more

Duties
The fundraising area is a key pillar for MiPequeñaAyuda – MySmallHelp Peru, as it seeks to obtain greater support to continue helping children and youth with disabilities or low-income in vulnerable areas of Cusco through the programs offered. Therefore, the Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for the planning and execution of fundraising strategies, as well as the evaluation of potential medium and long term fundraising opportunities locally and internationally.
- Perform planning and implementation of fundraising strategies.
- Research foundations and corporations to evaluate potential grants and awards, as well as prepare application dossiers for them.
- Prepare fundraising analysis, evaluation, budgets and performance reports.
- Ensure that current donors are recognized for their support and are informed in a timely manner through reports and updates.
- Launch fundraising campaigns with a view to seeking new collaborators.
- Seek and generate new alliances with strategic actors and relevant organizations (including current and potential donors, companies, foundations, universities, among others).
- Record and maintain accurate records in our grant database for all grant applications and awards.
- Conduct local and online fundraising events (in coordination with marketing volunteers), support in logistics, publicity and post-event reporting.
- Tasks would include attending fundraising meetings, brainstorming sessions, logistical tasks and proposing new development opportunities with respect to fundraising.

Position 2: Social Media and Marketing Volunteer

Duties
The marketing volunteer will participate in the planning and execution of marketing strategies to increase awareness of the organization locally and internationally.
- Prepare weekly content (text and photos about MySmallHelp Peru’s life, projects, disability, etc.) for publications on social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) both in Spanish and English, ideally on a daily basis; encourage interaction with users and increase the number of followers on our social networks.
- Develop communication and marketing materials, whether audiovisual or written (quarterly newsletters, testimonials, videos, brochures, etc.) in coordination with the graphic design volunteer and other internal or external reports / tools as requested.
- Update website content with the webmaster, including planning and writing blog posts for our website, propose SEO and inbound links to the website, in accordance with the marketing strategy.
- Support in the development, concept, design and execution of marketing campaigns and calendars.
- Propose, monitor and coordinate the distribution of our promotional brochures by our staff, members and supporters and identify new opportunities for brochure distribution.
- Prepare monthly social media analysis reports, according to the proposed objectives and target audiences, as well as budget reports.
- Support in planning events locally and online, including logistics, publicity, post-event reporting, organizing audio-visual recording of all activities and updating the calendar of events including potential events, festivals and disability related projects to raise awareness.
- Organize and update the photographic and audiovisual database, as well as coordinate with staff and volunteers to request desired information for content development.
- Contact potential local and international partners and allies.
- Contact national and international media and prepare materials in order to obtain media coverage; and coordinate with staff to obtain necessary information, photographs and interviews, if necessary.
- Develop and manage an accurate database of websites and directories where the organization and volunteer program can be listed. This may include websites of local authorities, disability organizations, etc.

Position 3: Volunteer Graphic Designer

The graphic design volunteer will participate in the execution of marketing strategies to increase awareness about the organization locally and internationally.
- Design materials for print, video, graphics, social media, email and other digital media to be used for marketing or other promotional purposes.
- Develop website designs, newsletters, donor emails, and materials for marketing and fundraising events.
- Create and develop the MySmallHelp Peru brand manual. Adapt and improve existing brand design standards, such as icons, images, logos and other components.
- Work weekly in conjunction with marketing, to develop content for social media, including social media images, Instagram stories and any other requested materials.
- Support in the development, concept, design and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Follow the marketing calendar and meet deadlines to ensure content is produced on time.

Position 5: Volunteer Administrative Assistant

Duties
The volunteer administrative assistant participates in the planning and execution of the organization’s strategies to improve its processes and increase awareness locally and internationally. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and volunteers.
- Assist MySmallHelp Peru staff with any type of administrative tasks. This may include: reviewing and preparing documents, organizing paperwork, reviewing MySmallHelp Peru emails, scheduling appointments and staff meetings, updating calendars, and researching disability information, non-profit management or other as requested.
- Support in project management activities and coordination with key local and international partners.
- Support the development of documents, guidelines and policies to improve existing processes, and the implementation of evaluation and monitoring reports.
- Accurately manage and update the database of contacts, including partners, key allies or others.
- Prepare internal or external letters and reports.
- Prepare evaluation and performance reports, accountability reports and budgets.
- Coordinate with other volunteers and team members on a daily and weekly basis to ensure completion of assigned administrative tasks and other coordination as needed.

The Fundraising and Grant Writing Volunteer will assist MySmallHelp Peru staff in planning and executing fundraising strategies, as well as researching for medium and long-term fundraising opportunities locally and internationally.

- Grant writing: preparing, sending and managing letters of inquiry and grant proposals.
- Coordination of all required information to be included in the grant proposal.
- Prepare fundraising analysis, evaluation, budgets and performance reports.
- Support local and online fundraising events (in coordination with marketing volunteer), logistics, publicity, prepare post-event reports, organize audio-visual recording of all activities and participate in fundraising events.

Position 7: Volunteer Educator
Location: Online

Reports to: Director/ Project and Volunteer Coordinator
Duties
The Volunteer in this position will be in charge of managing the pedagogical programs for the beneficiaries, coordinating with their families and educational institutions. He/she will work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and volunteers, and will be under the supervision of the Project Director and Project Coordinator.
- To provide educational support to children and youth with physical, social, emotional and mental health needs, as well as cognitive, learning disabilities and other special education needs.
- Update and/or create Individualized Development Plans for each beneficiary according to their specific needs in coordination with schools and families.
- Coordinate with educational institutions to facilitate an inclusion process so that children can participate in a general education program, when possible.
- Facilitate individualized and group classes virtually on a weekly basis, in the family’s home or community setting, encouraging consistency between school and home. These classes may include components of basic physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy exercises.
- Create and develop educational tools and brochures.
- Prepare monthly evaluation and execution reports on all tasks and responsibilities for MySmallHelp Peru staff, and budget if necessary.
- Provide basic training to other volunteers, parents and third parties from partner institutions who are interested in becoming involved in specialized education.
- Propose new educational development opportunities with respect to beneficiaries and local communities in Cusco or other cities chosen by MySmallHelp Peru Management.

Position 8: Volunteer Physical Therapist

Duties
- In charge of developing and providing therapies to the beneficiaries by coordinating with their families and MySmallHelp Peru staff and work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and volunteers, and will be under the supervision of the Project Coordinator.
- Obtain information from beneficiaries, through consultations, about their physical condition and symptoms.
- Create individualized therapy plans for each beneficiary according to their specific needs, in coordination with schools and families.
- Teach beneficiaries and their families how to correctly use therapeutic exercise techniques at home.
- Conduct weekly individualized and collective stimulation therapies, through videochats, in order to promote improvements.
- Maintain updated records and follow up on the objectives established for each beneficiary as well as their progress.
- Document the progress of each beneficiary according to agreed procedures.
- Report beneficiaries’ progress to staff involved in their treatment and/or care.
- Prepare monthly evaluation and execution reports of all tasks and responsibilities for MySmallHelp Peru staff.
- Provide basic training to other volunteers, parents and third parties from partner institutions who are interested in becoming involved in specialized education.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational or health workshops; reviewing professional publications, etc.

Duties
We are currently looking for a long-term (1 year or more) Volunteer Psychologist to provide psychological support to beneficiaries.
- To provide psychological support to children and adults with physical, social, emotional and mental health needs, as well as other special education needs.
- Create evaluations and assessments including the beneficiary’s history and needs.
- Manage psychological therapy and home intervention with children and their families.
- Develop and facilitate support groups for parents. These are to form a sense of community and allow for discussion of family dynamics, provide information on disabilities and resources, and include other topics of choice for families.
- Coordinate and participate in discussion forums with educators, social workers and other therapists on alcoholism, domestic violence and disabilities.
- Propose further development in the psychological field related to the organization.
- Provide monthly reports on all tasks and responsibilities to MySmallHelp Peru staff.
- Participate in administrative tasks and provide support in other tasks as requested.
- Ensure proper representation of MySmallHelp with beneficiaries, schools, local authorities and key partners.

- Responsible for formulating a plan to meet project objectives within an approved budget and timeframe.
- Participation and supervision of the successful execution of each stage of the project.
- Preparation, follow-up and monitoring of the project schedule and budget.

We are currently seeking a skilled Accounting Volunteer to perform a variety of accounting and finance tasks to provide support to the organization. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and volunteers:
- To declare our documents and view financial statements on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and disseminate financial statements, notes and special reports.
- Perform and communicate accounting procedures and controls.
- To ensure compliance with accounting rules and principles and legal regulations.
- Automate and improve accounting and internal control processes.
- Provide assistance and support to the company’s personnel.
- Investigate, follow up and repair accounting or documentation issues and discrepancies
- Report to management and compile reports/summaries on areas of activity.

Position 12: Administrative Assistant (Recruitment HR Area) Volunteer
Location: Online
Period: Minimum of 6 months or more
Schedule: 10 hours per week
Reports to: Director/ Project and Volunteer Coordinator
Duties
The volunteer administrative assistant (recruitment HR) will participate in the planning and execution of the organization’s strategies to improve its processes and increase awareness locally and internationally. He/she will work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and volunteers.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Building bridges in the relationship between management and volunteers
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of volunteers
- Develop and control overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures throughout the organization.
- Fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that promotes high performance.
- Inform management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Assist MySmallHelp Peru staff with any type of administrative tasks. This may include: reviewing and preparing documents, organizing paperwork, reviewing MySmallHelp Peru emails, scheduling appointments and staff meetings, updating calendars, and researching disability information, non-profit management or other as requested.
- Support in project management activities and coordination with key local and international partners.
- Support the development of documents, guidelines and policies to improve existing processes, and the implementation of evaluation and monitoring reports.
- Accurately manage and update the database of contacts, including partners, key allies or others.
- Coordinate with other volunteers and team members on a daily and weekly basis to ensure completion of assigned administrative tasks and other coordination as needed.
- Ensure the correct representation of MySmallHelp Peru, with beneficiaries, schools, authorities and key local or international partners.
- Tasks would include attending staff meetings, brainstorming sessions, participating in online events, logistical tasks and proposing new opportunities regarding the management of MySmallHelp Peru and its projects. There may be events on some evenings or weekends, depending on the needs of the project.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in management, administrative work, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Intermediate level of written and spoken Spanish and English, minimum.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Creative, reliable, proactive, charismatic and willing to help in any way necessary.
- Able to work as part of a team and accept guidance and direction from staff members.
- Able to respect people from different backgrounds (economic / cultural / linguistic).
