Our Team
Jessica Sánchez
Director
Born in Lima, currently living in Ollantaytambo, Cusco. She has a major in management, with a specialization in marketing and a diploma in community relations and resolution of social conflicts. She has work experience in marketing, commercial areas, public relations and business consulting.
She volunteered in MSH Peru from 2012 until November 2014, when she became the Director of the organization. Her role is to be the main contact with Peruvian and international donors and key partners. Her key focus is the general management of the organization, strategic planning and to ensure the correct distribution of funds.
Mayra Vargas
Volunteer and Project Coordinator
Born in Lima, currently living in Yucay, Cusco, where she has been living for 7 years. Mayra has worked as MSH Peru Volunteer Coordinator for 4 years, until 2014 and as an external coordinator until 2017. Now, she's part of the permanent team of MSH Peru.
.As a Coordinator, her role is to train the volunteers and coordinate their work on a daily basis, as well as the management of the projects she is assigned to.
Alicia Vargas
Marketing and Communications
Born in Lima, currently living in Ollantaytambo, Cusco. She has a bachelor degree in communications with a specialization in business communication and diplomas in business management, branding and advertising creativity. She has work experience in audiovisual projects and as an adviser in creativity and marketing.
She volunteered in MSH Peru in 2017, and this year she has been promoted as Communications Officer. Her role is to raise awareness of the organization’s work and manage the fundraising campaigns in social media, execute marketing tasks, as well as giving support in the daily activities with the beneficiaries.
